MAINTENANCE
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Hercules, CA!
Aventine Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
To get assistance as soon as possible, place your work order through the resident portal online.
If you are locked out during business hours, the leasing office would be happy to assist you. If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
For standard requests please submit your work order online on the resident portal at www.aventineapts.com if an emergency and after hours please call the emergency line at the office 510-592-7002 ext 3 and a service member will respond.
AMENITIES
At these Hercules, CA apartments, we offer covered parking for our residents. For the first space, you will pay $50, and any additional spaces will be $100.
Aventine offers excellent amenities that are designed to bring you relaxation and recreation, right at your fingertips. We offer two 24-hour fitness rooms, offering all state-of-the-art fitness equipment, a resident library with a coffee bar for catching up on your newest read, a business center for providing productive work-from-home days, a club room, and courtyards that offer BBQ grills, complete with cozy fire pits. We also have a dog spa, so your furry friend can live the Aventine lifestyle right alongside their best friend.
Our Hercules apartments are proudly pet-friendly! There is a $500 deposit and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Call our leasing team to find out more like breed restrictions and more.
In each of our Hercules apartments, you'll find stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen, including a gas range, and a washer and dryer to help take care of chores, so you can spend more time doing what you love.
Our apartments are unfurnished meaning they are a blank canvas for you to create. Fill your space with what matters most.
At Aventine, Xfinity or AT&T are offered providers.
Inside the apartment home and the appliances come standard in the apartment home.
ADMIN
You may pay online by the fourth of the month via checking account, you may also pay with credit/debit cards but there is a 3% transaction fee for this type of transaction.
We have three different options for Renter's Insurance, including paying $18 a month to Aventine, obtaining your own from your agent, or using eRenterplan.com. If you have questions about the Renter's Insurance requirements, please call our leasing team!
At these Hercules apartments, our staff will set up your utilities, but you will be responsible to set up your electricity service with PG&E by calling 800-743-5000 or using the online service at www.pge.com.
Utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.
Aventine Apartments come unfurnished, meaning your home is yours to make your own!
Tour Aventine for free! Make sure to bring your valid government issued ID that is required to tour.
Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in Hercules get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
At Aventine, we offer a great resident referral program of $500 to the resident who is referring you. When you move in the referrer will get that credit towards their account.
Aventine requires that you provide proof of renter’s insurance prior to move-in to receive your keys. You are required to maintain a minimum of $100,000 in Personal Liability insurance during the term of your lease. Please name WCV AVENTINE HERCULES, LLC 1375 Sycamore Ave Hercules, CA 94547 as additional insured. You will also need to upload your policy to www.policyvalidator.com.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Your new home will be in like new condition, ready for move-in!
Our community was built in 2016 we are considered new construction with very little noises heard by neighbors.
We don't allow subletting of any Aventine apartment.
If you transfer from Aventine to another Waterton Community, you will need to pay a new deposit at the new community.
Your online rent payment needs to be made by the fourth of the month on our online website at www.aventineapts.com.
All utilities will be the responsibility of the resident and are not included in the rent.
All residents are equal parties and jointly responsible for the rent.
We do not allow subletting or AirBNB listings.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out to save on costs to fill any holes with spackle.
LOCATION
Aventine has an amazing location where public transportation is right within walking distance.
Great schooling and education are right around the corner as we are located in the Hercules School District.
Stop by and find your new home! Take Hwy 80 to the Hercules off-ramp we are right off the freeway at 1375 Sycamore Ave, Hercules, CA 94547.
Aventine is within walking and driving distance to Safeway, Luckys, Big Lots, and Rite Aide, meaning you can easily pick up fresh groceries on your way home!
LEASING
Once you apply please send your income verification to us via email and we will send the CheckPoint ID verification link. If your application is completed during business hours and you have completed the income and ID check it will take 5 minutes to produce the screening results.
If your situation changes, the lease termination process is providing a 45-day notice to vacate and paying 2 months' rent as a lease termination fee.

If you're not quite ready to move into your Aventine apartment, you are able to hold an on-notice apartment home for a future move-in date.
When reviewing lease applications, we analyze debt-to-income ratio and credit history. At Aventine, we require the rent to income ratio be 3X the rent combined gross income between all applicants. If you have questions about what our application review process looks like, please contact our leasing office where a team member would be happy to assist you!
You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At Aventine, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.
Only if we are offering concessions can you receive a special on 12-15 month lease agreements. We do not offer any specials for advanced rent payments.
